Best shop in Shoreline!This was my first time taking my vehicle to this facility. I came out of an appointment I had, and my car would not start. I called them described the issue and was told I could drop it off immediately, and it's not often you'll hear that! I dropped it off at 5:30, and got a call with a quote by 9 the next morning. I gave the go ahead and was told it would be ready Mon. morning, and received a call later that afternoon telling me it was done!! I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else now!!! Honest, Reliable, and Freindly what more can you ask for. :)

I mentioned that I was headed to my 8 yo daughter's school talent show so instead of hanging around for 45minutes, I asked them to call me. I swear, seemed like 20 minutes later and I had a voice message giving me the break down of what needed to be done....ugh....
But when I called back they gave me the estimated cost and said they'd try to get it back to me that Friday afternoon .....whew....Emissions testing is open on Saturdays....double whew....Estimate was spot on! Price for the amount of work and parts was a great deal! Personalized friendly service was the best part. The manager asked me about my daughter's show, thanked me for my return business, and I even got a AAA discount!!! Not bad for short notice....
Needless to say, but I'll say it, I WILL BE BACK!!!5/28/2011
